What I Ate Wednesday

Hi! I am bringing back one of my favourite kinds of posts. What I Ate Wednesdays are back!


For breakfast, I took a tortilla and filled it with cucumber, corn and a little bit of yellow cheese on top. I packed it for school as a healthy breakfast and I loved it. 


Surprise, surprise! I had scrambled eggs with carrots, onion, corn and some white brine cheese. I am obsessed with this kind of a meal and I am sure you will be seing something similar all the time on these posts. Sorry, not sorry haha. 


I was super excited about dinner! I made pasta and again, opted for the veggies on top. Over the top of the noodles there is some lutenica (bulgarian sauce made out of tomatoes, peppers, eggplant), then I put some onion, cucumber, carrots, white brine cheese and basil on top of that. Yum!
