Street Chic to Fitness Freak

Hi, everyone! Today I wanted to share with you my tips on makeup you could easily tone down from day to day to workout appropriate. I thought this would be nice, since a lot of people like to put some makeup on, when they go out, but have to go to the gym later.

I am also going to share my general workout makeup tips. I know most people don't like wearing makeup while they work out (that counts for me as well), but I believe this post might help some of you. It's very good for dance classes or aerobics, too.

Easy day time makeup

This is the makeup look I came up with for day time. I put on some concealer and powder on the face with a little bit of bronzer for definition. I did my brows using eyeshadow and defined my eyes with a thin winged eyeliner and some mascara. This simple look was spiced up with a bright lipstick. I am showing 2 options - a coral and a magenta lipstick.

Workout Makeup Tips:

- Put a minimal amount of face makeup, only concealer where you need it.

- Powder well, but don't cake it up. If you put too much powder on, your face will start to look even worse once you sweat, but make sure you mattify the skin.

- Apply very thin lawyers ot makeup to the face to avoid cakeyness and transfer.

- Avoid putting makeup on your forehead and cheeks unless you really need it, because this is where people would sweat the most. If you use a towel, you would wipe the makeup off onto it.

- Waterproof mascara and eyeliner are a must, unless you don't have any problems with smudging.

- Long lasting natural looking brows! I use powder, but pencils or waterproof eyebrow gels would do the job, too.

- Moisturized lips are a MUST for me

- I always apply a matte nude eyeshadow to my lids to add a little bit of coverage.

Okay, so this is my little blog post on this topic. I hope you enjoyed it or learned something new. Have a great day!
