Hi, everyone! Today I want to share another day worth of meals with you. I really hope this gives you some ideas and inspires you in any way.
I just want to clear up that I am not saying I eat completely healthy or anything like that. I just try to eat as clean and as healthy as I can, which doesn't mean I don't treat myself every now and then. I am a big believer, that it's best to eat clean unprocessed foods, that's why my family and I consume mainly homecooked meals and foods with a short ingredient list. Now let's jump in!
For breakfast I had a sandwich with lettuce, cucumber, tomato and white brine cheese. I took it with me to school and ate it there in the morning. My mum makes the bread at home as well.
I loved my lunch. I am pretty much obsessed with dipping vegetables in hummus and eating them that way. I just love this combination. I made the hummus at home, you can find lots of recipes online if you are interested. I also had a bowl of potato soup. It was super filling.
My dinner consisted (again) of cucumber, hummus, tomatos and this amazing dish - eggplant and meatball kebap and some peppers on the side. I loved it!
